Executive dossiers: maturity labels as a kindness

Hero for Executive dossiers: maturity labels as a kindness

Executive slices compress weeks of work into minutes of attention. Without maturity labels, leaders misread experimental metrics as doctrine. We use three labels only—experimental, monitored, stable—to keep the language small enough to memorize. Color stays secondary; words carry the burden. Designers fought us on the minimalist typography, but thin type keeps eyes on the labels instead of chrome. That trade-off matches the Frozen Light theme and survives projector washout. We review label assignments monthly with module owners so nothing quietly graduates without discussion.
