Cooling-off period
For eligible module purchases initiated remotely, you may cancel within fourteen (14) days of contract signature provided no confidential deliverables or bespoke assets have been disclosed. Physical workshops already attended are excluded.
Eligibility
Eligibility requires written notice to hello@primexexcelmaxon.pro with contract reference, reason, and confirmation that proprietary materials were not distributed externally.
Partial refunds
If work has commenced with mutual written approval, refunds may be partial based on hours consumed and third-party costs already incurred.
Non-refundable items
Third-party licenses you purchase through your own vendors, travel already booked at your request, and rush fees tied to expedited timelines are non-refundable once committed.
Process
Submit requests through the same email thread as contracting or via our contact form with “Refund request” in the subject. We acknowledge within five business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds return to the original payment path where possible within twenty business days. Bank timelines may vary.
Singapore consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where applicable. Enterprise purchasers under negotiated master agreements follow the refund article in those agreements.
